Orders are typically processed and fulfilled within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Please note that order processing times are estimates and may be extended during periods of high order volume, product launches, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Order Changes or Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at lucidhorizonshop@gmail.com.

While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been processed or shipped.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, natural disasters, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

3. Hemp Product Shipping Restrictions

Certain Lucid Horizon products may contain hemp-derived ingredients.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit shipments to any state, locality, or jurisdiction where we believe shipment may violate applicable laws or regulations.

It is solely the customer's responsibility to understand and comply with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws regarding the purchase, possession, and use of our products.

Lucid Horizon makes no representation that any product is legal in your jurisdiction.

Orders determined to be non-compliant with applicable laws may be canceled and refunded at our sole discretion.

4. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information during checkout.

Lucid Horizon is not responsible for orders shipped to addresses provided incorrectly by customers.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply before reshipment.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.

If tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

  2. Check with neighbors or household members.

  3. Contact the carrier directly.

Lucid Horizon is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier.

Delayed Shipments

We are not liable for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs processing, labor disputes, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. Refused, Returned, or Undeliverable Packages

Packages refused by the recipient or returned as undeliverable may be subject to:

Refunds, if issued, will exclude shipping costs.
